Arroyo Engineering, LLC is a small, locally owned Civil Engineering firm that specializes in hydrology, flood-control, urban stormwater management, and related permitting issues.  Our experience has included numerous drainage planning and design studies, ranging from small drainage concept reports to large drainage master plans that encompass entire communities.

Who We Are

Justin Turner, PE,   Robert J. Smolinsky, PE, and Larry Roberts, PE, the principals of Arroyo Engineering, have a combined experience of over sixty years in the area of arid-land hydrology, river hydraulics, erosion and sedimentation, and design of hydraulic structures and flood-control facilities

Where We Work

We have been doing business in the Tucson area since August, 1992.  Arroyo is dedicated to providing excellence in its engineering services, and is fully committed to client satisfaction.

Nearly all of our drainage engineering experience has been within the southwest, and particularly within Southern Arizona and the greater Tucson metropolitan area.
